At Temple Baptist Church, we love those who have served our country in the military, and we are extremely grateful and humbled by those who gave their lives for the freedoms we enjoy.

As a result, each year we try to plan something special for the Sunday before Memorial Day.  This year will be no exception.  All of the music and presentations will be patriotic in nature as we remember those who have served on our behalf.

The choir of Temple Baptist Church will be presenting the Easter program The Story.  And as the title suggests, this program is about the ultimate story, that of God’s Word. 

We will begin with creation, examine God’s redemption plan through godly folks like Abraham and Sarah and King David, then look at the birth, life, death and resurrection of Jesus.  Finally, we will celebrate Christ when He reigns as King of Kings and Lord of Lords!

Christmas Eve is on Sunday this year. As a result, our schedule will be much different than in recent years. We will have one combined service at 10:30 a.m.

This will allow us to spend time in worship as a church that morning, and the evening can be preserved for our various family celebrations.
